• The keyboard control is very difficult and hard to use.
• The screen reader reads contentless and repetitive information.
• Headings are not set in the correct order.
• The navigation in the different stages lacks semantic information.
• Navigation between the radio buttons is difficult to understand.
• The design of radio buttons is not consistent.
• Movement with animated elements disturbs the concentration.
• There is low contrast between texts and background, which makes the readability low.
• Centered text and uppercase letters make reading difficult.
• The background image distracts and makes it difficult for the user to access the content.

On our website we have PDF files and other documents that are not accessible.

On our site, we have recorded webinars and films that are not fully accessible, texted or synthesized. 

Chat

On our website we have a chat function today via Telia. This is not accessible. 

Mobile menu navigation

It is hard and too complicated to navigate with the screen reader in the deeper levels of the mobile menu.

It is our ambition to fix all known accessibility problems.

Extensive work with online services

Our online services and databases have been developed for a long time and often in collaboration with other international organizations. It is extensive work associated with major costs to adapt them in accordance with the accessibility regulations. The work requires access to resources and specific expertise, often from our partners. Our goal is to make all our online services and databases accessible. One way to do this without becoming unnecessarily burdensome is to plan accessibility adaptation with other development.

The content described here is not fully accessible and is exempted in accordance with § 9 of the accessibility regulations.

For the benefit of our users, we link from prv.se to online services and databases from other organizations, our international partners such as European Patent Office (EPO), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). These online services and databases may have shortcomings in accessibility. PRV conducts long-term work towards each organization with the requirement that these online services and databases comply with the accessibility regulations.
