Corrected fees for international trademark applications

We have had to correct some fees for international applications and registrations under the Madrid Protocol. The correct fees are as follows:

Fees for international application according to the Madrid Protocol

Case type: Application for international registration for protection in a class of trademark or collective mark - SEK 3,500

Fees for international registration under the Madrid Protocol

Case type: Application for registration of pledge or note of new mortgagee for the Swedish part of the international registration - SEK 1,800

Case type: Application for entry of a new owner or applicant, for each entry of ownership by a new legal and/or natural person for the Swedish part of the international registration - SEK 1,000

Case type: Application for entry of license for the Swedish part of the international registration - SEK 1,000

The Swedish Patent and Registration Office
