Fee changes on 15 March 2025
From 15 March PRV will change some of its fees regarding patents and trademarks.
The patent fees concern annual fees, granting fees and the fee for re-establishment of rights. The fees regarding trademarks concern application and renewal fees, reinstatement fees and fees for revocation in international registrations.
The new fees are valid for applications which are filed as from 15 March and for annual fees which are paid as from 15 March.
