Human Resources Department handles human resource matters.
The HR department works with overall issues related to human resources, specific tasks and administration. The HR department also includes a service unit. The department promotes good processes, provides counselling and guidelines and ensures a competent and active leadership as well as employeeship, a qualitative competence and a good working environment.
