EUIPO is responsible for Community trademarks and Community design, which provides protection for trademarks or designs across the EU. As an EU Member State, Sweden is a partner to the EUIPO. PRV is represented in EUIPO on a number of levels through regular board meetings and legal and technical collaboration groups.
