If you or your company have changed postal address, you should request that PRV registers the new address in the patent application diary or the patent register, so that we do not send correspondence to the wrong address.

The request for a change in the patent application diary or the patent register of the applicant's or owner's address should include:

1. the request to change the applicant's/owner's address
2. the number of the patent application/patent which the change concerns
3. the applicant's/owner's name and new address

The request must be signed by the previous or new applicant or owner.
