The deputy responsible editor is always a physical person. He or she should be appointed by the responsible editor and approved by the owner.

Notification of a deputy responsible editor

Notification is made by submitting the following authorization documents:

• The form 'Notification of a deputy responsible editor for a periodical'
• A birth certificate, which you can order from the Swedish Tax Agency
  
  The Swedish Tax Agency – ordering a population registration certificate (external website)
  
  
• A certificate of freedom from trusteeship – a certificate proving that the editor is not under a trustee.
